Heilongjiang University

In 1958, the Harbin Foreign Language Institute was expanded and renamed Heilongjiang University, evolving from a single‑discipline foreign language school into a comprehensive university. It now offers 71 undergraduate majors across ten disciplines—including philosophy, economics, and science—plus two second‑bachelor’s degree programs in law and software engineering.
