水利工程This is a field office of the Ministry of Water Resources overseeing the Pearl River Basin, Han River Basin, international rivers east of the Lancang (Mekong) River (excluding the Lancang itself), the coastal rivers of Guangdong and Guangxi, and Hainan Province. It operates within this region, hereinafter referred to as the basin.
